It definitely does. My mother-in-law calls me for weather updates. She thinks I'm some weather guru.

I'd rather "hold" somewhere below 44, but before long no one would believe it anyway...if they would now! ;-)

Rain is steady but not pouring now, and slight upgrade from 'breezy' to 'windy' - enough to make the wind chimes chime, and get most of the covered deck wet. We had a brief stint of rain hard enough to make the DSS quit working, but that only lasted a couple of minutes.
