US June new home sales rose 4.7 pct Friday July 25, 10:01 am ET

   WASHINGTON, July 25 (Reuters) - U.S. Commerce Department
reported sales of new single-family homes, seasonally adjusted,
with percent changes from prior month (numbers in 1,000s).

EXISTING home sales were just slightly down a miniscule 0.2%, but NEW home sales spiked up. Overall, very good figgers, certainly due to the interest rates.
