Such leaks about the victim (Bulls@%^t) are about to become far less common — a judge yesterday issued an order barring prosecutors, defense lawyers and cops from publicly commenting on the evidence and facts of the case, said Krista Flannigan, spokeswoman for the Eagle County, Colo., district attorney. This is what's driving me insane. The victum/accuser is dragged through the mud and can't use the facts of the case to defend herself (never could). It is a one-sided fight. If she was rapped, she just got rapped again!

The people squealing aren't lawyers or people in office, it's people she knows from HS and college. You can't gag them.
