I did read his first paragraph. And, yes, he did note that what he was presenting was inconclusive. My message was meant to be address to "All" (my bad) and to illustrate how ridiculous this whole debate is (on both sides).

A litany of "evidence" introduced by passive phrases like "There have been reports that" is no basis for drawing conclusions. It's all bogus as far as I'm concerned. Let's wait and see what evidence is presented at trial.

You are right, but I don't not want to wait until trail. If the girl's claim is true, she is being skewered now. It is strange that everything against Kobe (witness statements) has disappeared off the face of the earth.

As to my information, it is as conclusive as several of the posts against her. Her 50th best friend said that she beat her wife, OMG get a grip. Everything I stated was in print and summerized from newspaper articles, so I don't feel I am trying to mislead.
