How about Kobe seated at the defendant's table between his two lawyers, Marion Berry and Mike Tyson?

Marion: The bitch set me.....er, Kobe up.
Mike: Our clientele like to plead "ludicrous", your majesty.

And here I thought he was going to claim that the victim forced him to have sex with her.

Now all you got to do is put a 4 million dollar ring on his spouse. I am sure you could get another laugh or two. Good job!

I heard Rush talking about Kobe buying his wife a $4 million diamond ring a few days after admitting the sex took place as and apology. Expensive way to say "I'm Sorry."

Oh I see blacks should not be allowed on juries because according to your racist logic they are automatically going to stick with THEIR PEOPLE and ignore compelling evidence.
Kobe deserves a fair trial and that little county is too biased for Kobe to get a fair trial. Whether he is guilty or not we dont know. But until all the evidence is layed out and the jury comes to a verdict Kobe has the right to a fair unbiased jury of his peers. I am not suggesting an all black jury but for him to be subjected to an all White jury in that little county is unAmerican. I see the trial moving to a neutral area where the jury will be mixed and fair.
