I looked him up. He sounds good.

I didn't see a rating from GOA. Do you know how they rate him?

No I don't, but he was certainly active and out-front on the CCW propositions in Missouri when he was a State Representative.

He is a Presbyterian homeschooler. His son is attending Annapolis? (maybe Westpoint), and unlike most politicians he has been arrested defending the rights of the unborn.

But again, there are others who could lead the charge, but this movement is not necessarily about having a single leader follow a single personality to the voting booth.

This movement is much more like the 1994 take-over of Congress. It was done based on a common set of ideas and values that were well defined by the Contract for America. Most of the Republicans that were newly elected won without Republican party direct financial support. When people voted then they were not voting because Newt Gingrich was such a great leader, they were voting for their local guy because he was joining a force that was committed to implementing the Contract for America.
