When a gun stopped the shooter, why does Bloomberg blame guns?

Because, as I have said before, Bloomberg is a totalitarian nancy-boy. Plus he's crazy. Things like guns, and beer, and cigarettes, and cars where you sit up front on the left instead of in back on the right, *really* bother him.
