Chinese fishermen crowd the bow of their burning dormitory boat as a comrade is lifted to safety off Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Taiwanese helicopters and dinghies rescued 133 before the ship sank in storm-tossed seas. One man apparently fell overboard and was lost.

This is not a good thing. Where is the Coast Guard?
