You are either lying, or you know VERY unusal homosexuals. And please answer truthfully: Are you aware that homosexuals are much more prone to molest young people than heterosexuals? Yes or no?

Not lying, though I probably know "unusual" gay folk, by your lights, considering that the ones I've known were all in the South and Midwest. One is in my church, trying to live as if he's straight, with temptations I'm glad I don't have to deal with. I'm not sure I'm as strong as he is.

You don't get far in life here in Oklahoma, or back in South Carolina or the Florida panhandle, by acting all San Franciscoish. Nor are gays here as compelled to groupthink of any kind. Since they're pretty isolated, they think for themselves, and any time somebody does that, they tend to become Republican. They have reasons to want their 2nd Amendment rights. They want to be left alone, too.

As for the child molestation rates, I am not sure that can be established with the current "justice" system. If we killed straight and gay child molestors instead of letting them go free, as we do now, we might get a clearer insight into that picture. We wouldn't have repeat, relocating offenders muddying up the waters as much.

And there is at least one Danielle Van Damm killed for every Jesse Dirkhising. Innocent children used by demonspawn in human form. We have too many pervs. Do not imply for a second that I have any tolerance for anyone who molests a child.

Pram, I know this is probably way beyond your comprehension, but try to conceive that maybe other people have an interaction with gay people that's different than yours. You seem to have this filter over your glasses that only allows you to see gays who are child molesters and cross dressing parade marchers.

You know, typically conservatives espouse the value of seeing everyone as an individual and weighing their character based on individual merit. Most of us (though not you obviously) don't make an exception to that rule, suddenly becoming collectivists only so as to denigrate gays.
