The "Set of Circumstances" here Described depict a Culture which has ABANDONED MERIT as a Criterion for "Excellence" as a Criterion for Training for any "Leadership Position" in our Culture!!

We HEREBY have declared that THERE NO lONGER EXIST "Objective Criteria" by which we can "Judge" the Character or performance of any individual!

SOMEHOW, we have decided to ignore Merit when we Judge our next generation of Leaders!!

I THINK we Probably Need to re-assess how we educate our next generation of "Leaders."
