Depends on the gun and the shooter's skill.

Firepower is hitting what you're aiming at. ;-)

This will be known as the day Bloomberg peed himself...that's what all the reporters around city hall are saying off the mike...lol!

9mm will get the job done, but I miss the old .45, myself.

So - new possibility is the shooter was an old district rival, who made it a murder-suicide?

This is getting a fluid as an NTC scenario...

Hardly any kick when I shot my son's 9mm glock. 75' would be a good shot... but I thought the councilman was right in front of him (maybe I misread your postings).
