The mayor said this was not an act of terrorism, but "an attack on all Americans."

Politicians are probably under instructions to deny that acts are acts of terrorism wherever they can.

Thanks for the quote by Mayor B. It's still stupid because he went too far by dragging democracy into it.

It was an attack on one guy that was deliberate and I believe the other victim was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
