Aitken said the theft will not effect Biden's decision to seek the White House.Joseph Biden ALWAYS speaks as if he's better that you,more informed, talking down to you with that smug and smarmy grin he wears.He's almost as bad as Hillary in that vein.Fortunately for the country, that man will never, ever become POTUS and I hope he sleeps horribly as he ages,knowing he couldn't ever raise enough money to get his partys support.Sen. Biden is bad enough. IMO, he's a very good example in the argument for limits on holding public office.

Given that Joe Biden went to law school yet couldn't pass a bar exam, he should hardly be condescending to anyone. Yet he hopes to be entrusted to make executive decisions some day? That's scary.
