Oh, good heavens. "Storied," all right: the idea that the Jesus Seminar was in any sense an exercise in dispassionate, fact-oriented scholarship is quite a whopper of a story in itself.

The secular left must attack this movie, because it is possibly the most extensive attempt at recounting the life of Christ accurately that has ever been put on film. If people actually go see it, it may strike a blow against secularism and the notion that all religions are essentially equal. Therefore it must be destroyed.

I'll definitely be seeing the movie.

Oh, come on! Lots of people take the Jesus Seminar seriously: Apostates, ultra libs, atheists, screeching feminists...
