The demonstrators that stand out most clearly in my mind are the Pro-Life protesters who carried and displayed very large graphic photos of the horror of killing unborn children.

This is the key! I grew up not thinking much about abortion. I guess I was in favor "of a woman's right to choose." As a guy who's 20's were spent in the 80s - 90s, I'd also heard the beginnings of guys lives that were forever ruined by alimony. Yup, definately in favor of abortion.

I was watching this documentary on PBS about Red China where this couple was challenging the 1-child rule. They got pregnant. This old bitch kept hounding the poor mother. She was some sort of community leader. Incessant. Things started ratcheting up for this couple. They could afford the child and they wanted it. In the end, when looming threats grew more specific and tangeable. They finally relented. They showed the woman in the "operating room". They showed this big mo-fo needle penetrating her belly. The mother - I saw her face. She was silent, but her eyes said "my baby is dying!"

In the space of 5 seconds I went from pro-choice to pro-life.

I'm not some wobbly, girly-man. I never gross out. I have seen many dead bodies. No real big deal for me. I'm an athiest so there is no religious component for me. They have done such a complete job of sanitizing the business of killing the unborn that no thought is requried. Once you see what's going on, you have to confront it. I saw the truth and I changed my opinion.

Abortion is objectively murder - at least in the 2nd and third trimesters. I do believe in reproductive rights. Zygotes and similar items should be afforded no protedtion at all. However, at some point - and this is a matter for science - you're dealing with a human being. I, just judging from the few pictures I've seen, place this somewhere around 10-15 weeks.

Those of you who wish to rid this evil from our country must show images. You have a moral obligation to show the truth and remove the opaqueness of the murders. I've went looking and haven't found jack on the internet. I found one site and they had 1 picture at 10 weeks. I'd like to see a 8 month picture. I want to see lots of pictures. I want everybody to see pictures. Only then will people have to confront the truth.
