The Death of Saddam's sons.

I think that we tried to take them alive. That is why the fire fight took 4 hours. It does not take 4 hours to kill four people in a house. I would speculate that when Saddam's sons finally figured there was no way out they committed suicide. They most likely killed the other two before they killed themselves. There may not have been many more than 4 persons in the house.

I really doubt if the sons had a large number of people with them. Any house that had a large number of people would attract attention. When people are hiding they try not to attract attention.

It would seem likely that any safe house had multiple underground exits that come up in other locations. I bet we blasted them shut. We must have put them in a position of no escape. They likely refused to surrender and killed themselves rather than be taken alive.

We shall see.

Agree with most, disagree with this. I think the bodyguard killed the other three, and then himself. They're all dead, of course, but the order in which they died will mean a lot.
