The story was confirmed by 5 people at separate places and times who were at the party and all gave a similar account of what happened.

How much were these tabloid-style witnesses paid? Were they under oath?
This "separate places and times" detail sounds like a nice touch of credibility considering all of them are as likely to be as compromised in the credibility department as they claim she is....
The reporter and "news" outlets who employed such a silly tactic to legitimize teenage party gossip are no more credible than the gossipers....

NBC doesn't pay people for interviews. Of course they weren't under oath.

There sure do seem to be lots of folks who have it in for little miss cheerleader.

Or, maybe they just know her very well, and she's as loopy as a fruitcake.

This case looks less and less likely to even go to trial.
