My memories are of the M119A1, and being RTO on said howitzer while trying to explain to FDC that we have a round in a hot tube.
"Fire mission! Shell HE. Fuze PD. Charge 7. Deflection 1139. Quadrant 457. Battery standby, Battery.. FIRE!"
And my least favorite:
"Checkfire, checkfire, checkfire! Rear of the piece, face the piece, Fall IN!"
