Since this appears to have taken place in a house of their cousins, I guess it's possible that they could be other family members who look like them. Uday had a body-double who defected. He was recently interviewed and told the story of his 'double-life'. He was made to have surgery on his jaw and had his teeth altered to resemble Uday's.

Just been confirmed Uday and Qusay were killed today. Spokesman states multiple sources used in confirmation.
