It is my understanding that the overwhelming majority of contentious Bush appointments have received very high ABA ratings. I'd be willing to flush this one if we could move the others through.

Let's not overlook the possibility that he's really not qualified - or are racial quotas OK if they're GOP racial quotas?

Isn't it enough that we have an unqualified Secretary of State?
