According to the report on the scandal by the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee, a month later "President Clinton asked Rosen about Huang's status. Rosen told the Committee that when he responded to the President that the DNC was in the process of interviewing Huang, the President said something to the effect of 'good' or 'Huang comes highly recommended.'" I guess Grahm forgot to mark this info down in his note book huh?

To the contrary, it seems totally within the character of Graham to seek out the sleazy corrupt operatives to work with his campaign.
