I think the evidence is pointing more to BUSH WAS MISLEAD, not BUSH MISLEAD.

Bush had made up his mind he was going to war long before any misleading was done by anyone. "We're going to war, now go get the evidence that we need to". All the intelligence agencies could could up with was a weak case of flim flam "possibilities and maybe could haves". That is where the problem is. Now, it all about playing the old Washington blame game.

It seems so. It appears that the bombings in Iraq in 2002 that the public was told were about "no fly zone" violations were attempts to take out C&C fiber optic networks in Iraq in preparation for a war. WMD's or not- threat or not- Bush wanted this war.

Everyone knew that Saddam was evil incarnate, had WMD and was a definite threat to the U.S. (Although he couldn't get WMD over the ocean to our front door yet, it was only a matter of time - and we knew he'd used them.)

So, what was your claim again?
