It seems that many rape victims wait a while to report it, some times even years. It must be so very humiliating and terrifying. Other people often convince them to report it and that may be the case here. Knowing this kind of character attack we are now seeing is automatic, most of us would hesitate. And when it's someone with money, power, fame that is being accused...the situation would be extremely daunting. Yes that guy is a super jerk, spoiled rich brat etc ----but what girl would meet a Kennedy, drink with him, and then go back home with him and expect nothing at all was going to happen? Plus didn't she steal a vase? Nice girls just don't get picked up by Kennedy men.
