Are you sure she "slept with" him and wasn't raped? It doesn't sound like an amorous adventure to me. Twenty minutes in the room and bruises and torn clothing are the result according to the last report I heard. You clearly have more information than I do.
I do not tend to believe by default the stories of women that go to the bedrooms of celebrities in the middle of the night, and then cry foul.
And if this woman has clear evidence of rape, why hide in the shadows. Something stinks about this case, IMHO.

I'm one of those case by case types, though I don't mind harking to other cases and noting similarities and the like. That is no basis for making conclusions.
However Rita Cosby just reported what seemed to have been the likely scenario in the first place: That the girl, who worked at the hotel, was delivering something to his room that was hotel related. Cosby is also the one who a few minutes ago said the police are extremely confident of their case based on physical evidence alone.

Something stinks about this case I agree. If KB was a mad rapist who raped young withi a half our of encountering them--would there not be evidence of this somewhere?
Even with OJ, by now we would have seen the photos of Nicole with the bruises and heard the 911 tapes.

I have always admired Kobe Bryant and I really, really don't want to think that he committed this crime. But he probably did.
Just because someone goes up to your room does not mean that they are asking to be raped.
As for the girl hiding in the shadows, I can assure you that he attorney will not allow her to speak publicly. Kobe won't be either.

As a woman, I agree with you! Woman see and hear how some of the famous athletes act and knowing that, you would think the women would be running in the opposite direction when they see one of these athletes coming.

If she was positive in her own mind, wouldn't she have immediately called the law?
