I am certainly NOT defending Kobe, or anyone else in that position. I'm simply saying that there are two sides to this story and I doubt the general public will ever fully hear both sides.

(Note: I am not a Kobe fan, a Laker fan, or even a basketball fan...I'd rather spend that hour with my kids..they're more fun and don't whine nearly as much as professional atheletes.)

No problem - I'd still be careful with touting "press reports" as a basis for opinion. They're all over the place with this, just like OJ and Lewinsky. We won't really know the truth, at least most of it, until the trail.
