Notify the authorities over the troop about the beliefs of the leaders. If you belong to a group, then you should follow the group's rules, otherwise don't be in the group. The funding could be cut off from the troop and the leaders removed. They can start their own group with their own money, but the money they are using now was for another purpose, such as raising upstanding citizens, not perverts!

Most units are funded by the parents and leaders. Most units get little funding from their sponsor (LDS units excepted), and none from Council or National. So your move won't cut off their funding. And in most examples of this that I've seen, the sponsor is squarely behind the unit's policy, or even was the cause of it.

In order to stop a unit from doing this kind of thing, you'd have to go to the local Council.
