You might get the idea I've been fighting this fight myself. Thought you'd be interested in this bit of info.

--"One of the biggest myths is that in order to foster economic development, a community must accept growth. My God MAN! You hit the nail squarely on the head! That was a framing hammer strike if I ever saw one, being a third generation carpenter...among other things.
