How did you change the highlight? When you move your mouse over the picture how did you get it to say "Don't try this at home?"

I don't know what ya mean by the 'highlight' but the comment was added by using the 'alt' property of the 'omg' tag.
As in:

<img src="http://www.server.com/pic.jpg" alt="Whatever I want to say!">
