"For me, it's a no-brainer," said Mollie Ingebrand, a puppeteer from Minneapolis who plans to go to Vancouver with her lawyer husband and 2-year-old son.
Hmm. Just what Canada needs, more lawyers and puppeteers. Mind you, Vancouver is kind of like San Francisco. Maybe they'll find a little niche for themselves. Alternately, they can come to Alberta with us rednecks. We have LOTS of opportunities for Avente-Guard puppeteering. Just lots.
As for the "No-brainer" comment, I'll just leave that for someone else.

I understand the malpractice problem for doctors is practically non-existent. Is that true? If so, what the hell is the lawyer going to do?

"For me, it's a no-brainer," said Mollie Ingebrand, a puppeteer from Minneapolis... " To live in a society where there are different priorities in caring for your fellow citizens."
My 4 year-old is a puppeteer.
...and I'm confident that when she's Mollie's age, she won't be needing any Canadian handouts and I'm confident that she won't be a puppeteer.

Maybe someone else has posted this conclusion - gay pot smokers head north, normal Canadians head south. Canada will quickly become the Holland of North America, a sleezy vice capital.
Canada is a great nation and deserves better leadership. I find this very sad.

I'm really very sorry (laughing) that you (doubled laughing) have to accept our losers. It's just a damn shame. Now I know why Canada is getting so liberal. They keep getting liberal dopes from the States.
Dear American libs: do what these people did. Move to Canada (sorry Canada), and tell all of your lib friends to move to Canada too. Or even further north. I hear that Baffin Island has no Republicans. And plenty of beachfront property. Also the puppeteer market is wide open.
