That is possible of what happen

But remember, if this loving husband and family man kept his pecker in his pants .. he wouldn't be in this mess

If that was the case, she'd be the one being charged today, not Kobe...

I doubt that.

"no means no".

The man’s mission is to turn “Stop don’t” into “Don’t stop”.

In the heat of passion, things can get confusing. So, before things get carried away, consider discussing with your date that if for any reason the action needs to stop. That either of you will say a code word.

Good code words to use are words that will stop a man cold. I recommend “Helen Thomas” or “Hillary Clinton”. Things will happen physiologically that will prevent completion all activities.

Sure, she was sniffing glue, went upstairs and thought she was having a Clarke Bar.

She sobered up while in the middle of zippidy-do-dah and realized she was supposed to be a "GOOD" girl and panicked. Especially got pissed off when she had a couple of hundreds between her teeth when she left the room from Kobe.

? I think you may have gone a little over the line with this one.

Obviously only two people know for sure -- the rest of us will have to see how it shakes out --- BUT, I tend to believe her if for no other reason than the DA actually looked at the forensics, took statements, and made the decision to file the charges....there must be more here than He said -- she said! I'm betting there are eye or ear witnesses (body guards or those in next room who allegedly complained of a disturbance)...I doubt this young DA would risk his career filing frivilous, non-provable charges.
At least now we have a legal situation to take the talk away from Scott Peterson!!

If she's not torn up, I'd believe Kobe. My wife works as a nurse and she's seen rape victims and rape claimers and says you she tell the difference. I'd assume the doctors that examined her could too. Thus the decision to press charges should be based on this and not the dna and he said/she said testamony.

"The man's mission is to turn "Stop don't" into "Don't stop". "

Of course, that's the whole problem, if true, and not just with Kobe.

The man's mission should be "Love her boundaries."

The only thing I feel sorry about Kobe for is he has had way too much too soon in life. Too much fame, fortune, and people saying yes, yes, yes, instead of no, no, no. Being a basketball idol is a hard thing to live up to, instead of a kid who can run, jump, and shoot a basketball. What goes up must come down. I hope Lebron James is taking notes. Maintaining a perfect image when you are a fallen creature is more pressure than I would ever want to live under.

Really? You got to be joking me. I can punch myself in the head and throw myself on the ground. I call the cops and say you assaulted me and want to press charges, your probably going to need a lawyer. People can lie.

They just had Baden on FNC and he stated there wouldn't be any vaginal evidence to support it one way or the other. He stated there would have to be other physical evidence, i.e., bruising...

In practice, yes. However, with something like rape, there are 'PC' considerations.

I'm sorry if you've never heard of anyone being charged with false reporting...

Must not have ever worked in law enforcement...

What's the DA's name?
