I've had the cask-strength (they do sell it here in the US) and it is not nearly as good as the 15-year-old. It's got plenty of flavor, but it is harsh. It is NOT a refined drink. I don't think it is aged very long, and there is nothing on the label or in the beverage to make one think otherwise.
