For 19 years, the Computer Learning Center of the University of Pittsburgh has provided professional seminars to bring workers up-to-date on ever-changing computer applications and programming.
But at the end of this month, the center, located in the Kossman Building, Downtown, will close because of changes in the marketplace.

She thinks companies are switching to in-house or online training or using small training companies and consultants.Or it could be that the workforce, after 10 years, has finally come up to speed with computer technology.
