A Republican staffer asked Capitol Police to remove the Democrats from the room where they had taken refuge.

Is there a specific reason the staffer asked them to leave, or was he just trying to bother them? If they were disrupting something in that room that the GOP had a right to do, and they wouldn't leave when asked, what's wrong with calling the police?

Room was pre-reserved for other members, as well to stomp on scumbags who think they are above the rules. They were asked to go to another room, and they informed the office "We will not be removed". Then they had their flunkie to cause a scene. I am proud of the Rep. from Colorado, as if I were in his place the skank would have been dragged outside where he would leave looking like a racoon.
