Tell me about it! With elderly parents still living in WV (like Surber said in his column), I fear all the time they are getting inadequate medical care. My father had to sit in the emergency room of CAMC with a sharp pain in his side for over 14 hours (he was 80 at the time) until his appendix finally ruptured. The governor, the one caught with his pants down, was hunting with a new rifle with it recoiled and split his forehead open. At the hospital, he demanded a plastic surgeon (like that would help his looks)and they told him "Go to Ohio, then, because we don't have any." Needless to say, Gov. Wise is a puppet of the trial lawyers.
