One more time:

"Only idiots would vote for an amendment to cut funding for intelligence when we're fighting terrorism."

I don't care who the enemy is, The democrats are always there to defend them.

To question the reason why we went to war with Iraq is just plain nonsense. To parse every word of the SOTU and hurt the credibility of our intelligence agencies, the president and the country for political gain is beyond the pale

I have never witnessed anything like these current DemocRATs that voted for this amendment, have you? I can remember disagreeing with the Dems on policy, but never detesting them the way I do this bunch. It has gotten even worse since Hillary was elected.

Miller said that but they keep him up in case he changes his mind. Means his seat is up for grabs too!

Early on in the war on Iraq there were voices openly hoping President Bush and the Coalition would fail to topple Saddam; they came from the Socialist Democrats, the tenured professors and Communist organizations such as A.N.S.W.E.R. – they are still coming from those people just as they did during WWI, WWII, Korea and Viet Nam. These people do little other than undermine those who fight for freedom the world over. They simply want to ROLL OVER and pretend we can all get along. Had those ‘learned’ tenured teachers, elected officials and protesters had their way, America would have simply gone the way of all lesser civilizations of history.

Heed the warnings of history and shut these people up – stand strong and tall for a real America, one who fights for the freedoms of all people. George Bush is an honest and strong leader, it is only those who lack courage to stand for what is right and are not willing to risk the ultimate to maintain freedom and liberty; who live in their ivory towers or luxurious fiefdoms of the government elite a-la Hillary and her expansive, expensive homes and offices. They don’t want you to have freedom; they want to rule your lives with their agendas of grandeur for themselves and a lot less for you. Stay the course with our President and the War Against Terrorism! George Bush did not lie to the American People and he needs your support.

I seem to remember it was the Clinton administration that did away with intelligence, it got in their way.

Senator Bayh is my favorite Democrat. Did you see him tonight on O'Reilly? He is fair and moderate and rarely goes with the "talking points". Colmes really ripped into him for that a couple of weeks ago but he didn't waver.
