Johnny Unitas, we, Baltimore Colts Fans, sure missed him. Johnny was an incredible man who put Baltimore on the NFL map. Thanks to Johnny U for making the Baltimore Colts the Holy Grail of football. We WILL NEVER FORGET {!{HIM}!} EVER.

Johnny Unitas

growing up in L.A., Calif I used to go to the Rams games. Johhny U came with his powerful, league leading colts (if I remember correctly). I had 50 yard-line seats up front (my dad had connections). He thru a 50-60 yard touchdown pass 60 ft in front of me.

After the game he stood outside in the heat of LA and signed autographs for 30 minutes. Great man, great team, great days of football, greatly missed.
