He doesn't think that anomolous and reather regular structure by Cuba will turn out to be something man made?

Wonder why.

If nothing else, it makes for some interesting brain puzzles. There's still yet to be a good explanation as to why the Indus River civilisation disappeared. (There was evidence of fantastic mudslides at one point, and the buildings had been built on large poles stuck into the ground as some more recent people do for their houses to survive monsoon floods.)
IIRC, the place had a major city that was 'mudded over', and the next level is less complex and less advanced. And as the levels progress, the apparent advancement of the inhabitants regresses until they apparently just up and left.
Not sure how that fits in, or where it fits in if at all, but it brings to mind something either you or someone else quoted.

I forgot the details but, he thinks the structures underwater off Japan are natural also, he is a geologist afterall.
