Not if the feds guarantee a republican form of government.

The question is whether the state court has this power under the Nevada constitution. It's like the Florida election ruling.

Not quite - Bush vs. Gore ruled that the "equal protection" guarantees of the US Constitution would be violated by letting Gore cherry-pick votes in S. Florida in a national election. This case doesn't have that obvious federal angle.
