Actually, a long time ago I did the gentlemanly thing and burned the polaroids - with her watching. Wish I had a digital camera back then.

You can bet that Diaz did sign the release. She just doesn't want these pictures to come out now that she is a big star. These are not hardcore pictures just the "soft" stuff that most actresses will do nowadays.
Diaz is striking today but is going to age harshly. Look at the outfit montage in The Sweetest Thing and you'll see that her face can't hold up. Nowhere near a classic beauty.

That's baloney. Just a picture doctored to make her look bad. I worked with her before she was famous. A genuine beauty.
