I do miss the twice-a-week pasta, though, but I have found that the toppings on the pizza are almost as good as the entire slice. Especially with extra cheese.
I eat pasta once a week, and look forward to it.
Or a big plate of nachos, or even fried chicken.
Once a week, though. A "splurge" meal.
Then I get right back on Atkins and my weight stays the same.
