Good God. I have no idea what to say about this. Didn't the hunting of humans go out of style about, say, 200 years ago?

According to the site, the hunters also have the option of mounting their prey when they're done and having sex with the women.
Jay Leno had a great line about this last night. He said that there were so many hookers in Vegas that they had to thin out the herd ...

NOW are such hypocrites. They have paved the way for this kind of degeneracy in every way.
And, surprise, Susan Estrich is probably wrong.
This violates no law except possibly prostitution statutes, and probably not even those if the facility is located in the right Nevada county.

So after the hunter shoots Bambi, does he kiss her "boo-boo" to make it better?

I smell a hoax.

This isn't new. There's been a company, outside of the US, that has been offering for people to hunt naked women. What really alarms me is that one article stated that the women do not wear eye protection. That is plain stupid.
As for their legal expert, what a joke! Assault, only if the "victim" wasn't aware that she would be shot by a paintball in a paintball game, maybe.
The company is getting a ton of free advertising right now, but I bet it doesn't last long. It's expensive and these are times that people are tightening the belts at home in order to make house payments and buy food.
This business is not indicative of paintball. Paintball has been around since the 80s and consists of people trying to tag each other out, usually in a capture the flag scenario. Proper head and eye protection is required by the fields (or no insurance coverage) and the paint markers must shoot at a certain fps. Insurance mandates 300 fps, but many fields require about 285 fps.

" The big fear is that somebody who plays will eventually want to use real bullets." Looking at some of the NOW nags it might not be such a bad idea. Charges could only be mercy killing.

This shows how low the United States has sunk and we are even headed lower.
These rights issues and lawyers are taking us to all time lows.
There is no such thing as morals, values or anything else left to explore. Just as long as they are adults and consenting anything goes.
All we need now is to legalize sadomaschism and bestiality if the animal is adult and consents its OK according to our "SooPreme Court" and they should know because they are lawyers.

Jeeze, I mean...if it's on private property, and both hunters AND women are willing and sign waivers...I guess. But I think it's really creepy. The women don't even know these men (I suppose), and they're willing to be "shot" and have sex with these men...I think this could be really, really dangerous.
