Discussion of Miquel Rodriguez and Vincent Foster case on Oliver North's radio program on Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. (ET) by guest host Joseph Farah interviewing John Clarke and Reed Irvine of www.aim.org, where an audio of Rodriguez is said to be posted. I don't know how to get North's program in the L.A. area or on the Internet.

unfortunately for those seeking the truth, the last thing the courts want in AJ Favish's FOI action on the release of Foster "death scene" pix is Miquel Rodriguez' corraborating evidence that he saw pix of the gunshot wound to VWF's neck.

WHAT'S MAKING SOME PEOPLE NERVOUS IS THE NEW EVIDENCE RODRIGUEZ found. Ruddy's story on Rodriguez's resignation cites three important advances: 1. Photographic evidence not previously available to the investigators; 2. Strong evidence that the gun in Foster's hand had been moved or switched; 3. Development of a clear theory that the body was moved No. 1 suggests good prints have been obtained from the underexposed Park Police negatives. No. 2 suggests the prosecutors have reason to believe that the police may have substituted the .38 Colt revolver for the large caliber automatic that paramedic Richard Arthur said he saw under Foster's hand. This helps explain why Rodriguez subjected the police to such rough grilling. Ruddy and The Sunday Telegraph have reported other Park Police cases that raised doubts about their honesty and their competence. a little 1st hand knowledge from somebody at the scene would sure help clear this up. anybody out there want to take a stab at it?

To eliminate any misunderstanding that may have been cause by my title, I have no personal knowledge that the voice on the audio is that of Miquel Rodriguez. However, I believe that Pat Knowlton and John Clarke and Reed Irvine would not have released the audio if they were not convinced that it was the voice of Rodriguez. I trust Knowlton, Clarke and Irvine and based on their representations, I believe that the voice on the audio is that of Rodriguez. Also, two other people who I trust have stated that they have talked with Rodriquez and the audio sounds like it is genuine to them. I consider Knowlton, Clarke and Irvine, as well as Hugh Sprunt and Hugh Turley to be genuine unsung American heros and without them, my lawsuit would not exist.
