My concern is with the Clintons' DNC Politburo clear plans. If they regain power, they will destroy this republic with their "living" constitution and executive orders before they will give up power again.

Florida, 9th Circus, SCOTUS, and Nevada have seen blackrobes unlawfully void RATIFIED Constitutions without cost to those rogue blackrobes. They just make it up as they go.

IMO, such rulings carry no more honest legally binding weight over citizens than a bully security guard threatening to make a bloody citizen's arrest.

RATIFIED Constitutions are 'THE Law of "OUR" Land'; the very document from which these politicians derive all of their lawful authority is that which they act to nullify.

I say that they can not have it both ways because they are acting as outlaws. "Compelling State interest" is the contrivence, aka bench-invented doctrine, of these outlaws. Pursuant to their own oaths and terms of office, politicians in and out of blackrobes can not in "good behavior" protect and defend that which they act to destroy.

70 years of socialist blackrobes have been undermining our Rule of Law in the name of concentrated political power. Blackrobes now believe that they can rewrite RATIFIED constitutions because with bench-invented "sovreign immunity", they say that they are somehow above the law. Those outlaws wielding assault gavels are unlawful.

Fascist Hillary & Co. will name such or worse blackrobes to render our inconvenient RATIFIED Constitution null and void to grease their zeitgiest agenda. See 9th's State RTKABA and SCOTUS' European and African culture/law stare decisis justification for doctrinizing this Buttskrieg.
