CINCINNATI, Posted 6:33 p.m. EDT July 14, 2003 -- In the movie "The Sixth Sense," a young boy said he saw dead people. In Cincinnati, a boy said he could see angels.
NewsChannel5 reported that the boy, Ryan Reynolds, died in April from a brain tumor. Before he died, he told his mother he had a great time at a family picnic because he was surrounded by his guardian angels.
"My parents died way before he was ever born, and he said, 'Mommy, your mommy and daddy,'" said Shirley Reynolds, Ryan's mother. "I said, 'Yeah, what about them?' He said, 'Is that them in the picture on the wall?' And I said 'Yes.'And he said, 'Mom, I just wanted you to know, they're both OK.' He said, 'They're just as pretty as they are in that picture, except they have wings and they're waiting for me.'"
Three different cameras using three different kinds of film were developed at three different places and all had the same transparent white shapes.

"If I send my Guardian Angel to reveal Himself to you, will you then allow the Holy Spirit to bring you to the Father?"
Hey, be my guest.

"I don't know what the spots are, but on 3 cameras from 3 different angles is weird.
"
Not really. A single source of light, as small as a candle, could easily cause these internal lens reflections...as long as it was in front of all the cameras. Don't look for supernatural explanations where there are simple optical ones. Sorry, but there were no angels in those photos...just optical phenomena.

The dead know not anything. While I have not studied that passage, so don't take this as gospel please, I believe that is probably referring to dead BODIES in the grave, not the spiritual bodies.
If it were to apply to spiritual bodies as well, a man in hell would not truly understand why he was there, whereas Scripture makes it clear there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth, being very aware of why they are suffering. Similarly, if souls did not have any knowledge in heaven, they would not be able to recognize Christ or where they even were. Obviously this does not make sense if we are going to be there in glory worshipping the Lord! To worship him, we have to have some knowledge of who he is, in fact a knowledge that is more clear than anything we had WHILE IN HUMAN FORM in order to worship him properly in his glorious presence!

"allow"....um......man doesn't ALLOW the Holy Spirit to do anything. God does "whatever he pleases in heaven and on Earth" (one of the Psalms). In fact, God DRAWS US TO HIM, not the other way around (John....I think chapter 6 maybe).

I saw a similar orb to those pictured here. It turned out to be Glenda, the Good Witch.
So don't tell me it's not real.

Ain't no such thing as angels. Well that's your belief, and other people believe differently, so I guess you need to find a way to prove your assertion to win this argument.

We had a friend who died parachute jumping a few years ago. Kelly came over one night with her new kitten. Later when we looked at the photos it looked like a circle of ghostlike dancing white doves in the photo near where Kelly had been. We kept saying they were angels. Later when Kelly died so suddenly, I thought "Those WERE angels with her that night!" That was right where she was sitting in our backyard.
Kelly, we miss you and love you!!!!!

Our pastor one night was walking in a bad part of town in a big city. A young man came and walked with him and told him it was a bad part of town. Said he would accompany him until he got to his destination. They exhanged names, addresses, etc. A few days later my pastor tried to contact that nice young man to thank him and found out the man did not exist.
Pastor Winkler always said that was an angel....

My apologies to you, Mineral Man, you certainly did not make that comment (about the family being stupid). I hope that the Good Lord calls you to Him at some point, because, I believe that is when we believe in Him, and that doesn't make you stupid (if you respond ;-)). And it was 3 cameras, wasn't it? (proving that people do see or NOT SEE what they choose to). I have no idea whether those images were angels or not by the way, but the possibility exists.

**Belief in angels would require openness to the existence of God and the existence of a fixed moral code.**
You wrote that so beautifully. Thank You.
