It's just class warfare - and folks don't realize that we really do need the richest 1% more than they need us.

Yup. And the "stock option" approach to CEO pay encourages business practices that artificially boost the price of the stock--business practices that are frequently not in the long-term interests of the company.

I'm not sure if stock options are necessarily a bad thing, but the fact is, being a CEO isn't easy, particularly the crap they put up with from the class warfare crowd. Talent will go to where the money is.
