Official honored for her 'fearless support of women's rights'
Rep. Barbara Lee, D-Oakland, will receive the National Organization for Women's Woman of Courage Award today at NOW's national conference in Washington, D.C. "Barbara Lee has been a courageous legislator," said NOW President Kim Gandy.
"NOW is grateful for Barbara Lee's fearless support of women's rights, civil liberties and peace. Her bravery in standing up for her beliefs and her commitment to equality and justice are an inspiration to women's rights supporters across the country."
Lee said she's honored. "I accept it in the name of the many women of courage who have inspired me. NOW has been so important in the campaign to protect and preserve women's rights and to mobilize women to participate in politics," she said.
Yeah, how brave to trample all over the rights of the unborn. Aborting babies is so courageous (puke and hurl).

Introduction
Welcome to the Anti-Feminist Page!
"Women's issues" are so contentious that it often seems easier to avoid them. Nonetheless, they are basic to all our lives, so open discussion is necessary and we hope this page contributes to that. To begin exploring the issues feminism raises we include a short essay as well as lists of resources. We also have a spoken introduction (requiring RealPlayer), and the issues can be discussed on our discussion board, The Struggle Continues! Comments and additions are always welcome!
