Gemstones are one of the 'proofs' of the existence of Divinity.
I know a place in the desert where geodes grow like mushrooms, in the corners and edges of a rocky ridge, and scattered, broken in streambeds below.
Saw one at the Museum in the Big City, bigger'n a watermelon.
