it's militia. Hate to do a spelling flame but that particular one drives me up the wall.
BTW, the militia are us, not just some guys running around in the woods wearing camo, not that there is anything inherently wrong with that. Freedom of association/assembly and the right to keep and bear arms being exercised at the same time is what that is.
In Texas, by law, the militia is all citizens, plus resident aliens who have declared the intention to become citizens, 18-60 years of age, the federal definition is 18-44 and only includes men plus female members of the National Guard.
hahaha I run into that all the time. Normally what I find is that those who say "malitia" usually takes years to educate them on "militia".
