Supposedly we should condemn all of capitalism since there are shady businessmen out there making crooked deals, and we should condemn all lawyers because some are shysters, and we should condemn all of government because some politicians are corrupt.

No, Joe, I do not believe that. I believe the original case against him is closed, as is the case of open murder against him, but I have no doubt that every event which transpired will be closely scrutinized by the county and state.
