Accused Murderer Scott Woodring Is Dead
By Sheri Diorio
Posted: 7/13/2003
Michigan State Police say Scott Woodring is dead. Woodring is accused in the shooting death of Michigan State Trooper Kevin Marshall.
Police say Woodring was found early Sunday morning in a car at Maple Island Road and 60th Street in Dayton Township on the Newaygo County line. Police say Woodring got out of the car when police approached and pointed an assault rifle at police. That's when police shot and killed Woodring.
The standoff between police and Woodring began last Sunday. That's when police tried to serve Woodring a warrant at his Dayton Township home on charges of accosting children for immoral purposes. During the standoff on Monday, police say Woodring shot and killed Trooper Marshall. On Tuesday after a police fired a percussion round, Woodring's home burned to the ground.
Stay tuned to WZZM 13 for continuing coverage of the Woodring case.

" The only one who opted out of due process was Mr. Woodbrain."It should be noted that Woodring could not opt out of due process. He got due process. He just took a different path to be processed with.

"They all deserve to die, right?"
Not at all, they deserve the due process of the law. Woodring decided to opt out of his rights and seek a quicker path to Hell.

Different approach, same conclusion.
To: spunkets
Yep. And they processed him REAL good. Who's next on the list? Gotta be another "Constamatusionalist" out there somewhere we can go after...

I understand how distraught you are. A nutball removed himself from the gene pool and the world is suddenly a lonelier place for you. You'll recover I'm sure.

Woodring decided to opt out of his rights and seek a quicker path to Hell. And the lesson I've learned from you is that the initial charges don't count. Accuse anyone of anything... it doesn't take much. Especially with those Constamtushionalists and wack-job militia types. They'll all resist the cops no matter what the charges are. You just know they will with all those guns and bad attitudes, and Consdtamatushuns and stuff.
Kill 'em all and let 'em ro in hell. Right?

I understand how distraught you are. Not at all. I just got tired of being on the losing team. I back Randy "THe Loser" Weaver. I backed the nut-ball's up in Waco. OK, so I didn't back Matsuidon or whatever that peice of worm foods name was, but no one ever has a perfect record.
Now, whenever I think someone should be harassed for some reason with charges that are most likely false, I'll just come and get you and we can let the SWAT guys Watoosi on his head.

You really do need to get a grip. I can understand your overwhelming grief but you're starting to sound completely irrational...oh, that's right, I'm talking to someone who calls themself Dead Corpse.

" Who's next on the list? "Anyone who refuses to submit to the requirements imposed for submission to trial for any accusation of violation of the laws of the US, the various States, localities. It's really quite simple. Wage personal war with lawful authority and they will fight back to win.
Woodring had absolutely no legitimate reason to refuse to submit to arrest. He ran back in the house and took up armed resistance. There's no legitimacy in that, none whatsoever.
"Gotta be another "Constamatusionalist" out there somewhere we can go after..."
Totally irrelevant. The man chose to bother a 15y/o girl. He initiated the problem in the first place, not the MI authorities.

I've gotta grip now, thanks to you. I can walk the riteous path as long as I listen to the all knowing, clairvoyant CWOJackson who knows every fact of a case as if it were written in stone.
So are you and God still playing golf on the weekends? Is he as tall as they say he is?

Forgot about that Free State thingamajiggy... I always thought it sounded like a great potential SNL skit.
And, Roscoe, thanks for pointing out the starvation factor... constant munchies can sure decimate a food supply ;-)

Sorry, I wasn't paying much attention. I was trying to remember the lyrics to that song, Another One Bites The Dust. Kind of appropriate right now. You don't know those lyrics do you?
To: spunkets
So "bothering" a 15 year old is now a capital crime. Got it. Does this require witnesses? Proof? What kind of bothering are we talking about? The news articles really didn't go into details, but the rest of you seem to know for sure. Gotta know if I'm going to be any good in the crusade to rid the world of slime like this.

Lyrics? For a Queen song? Nope. I might be able to find the "Damage Incorperated" lyrics though? Wouldn't that be more appropriate if we are gonna call the SWAT guys out on all these Constamatutionalists...

Why would anyone call SWAT out on harmless nut jobs...it's only when they turn cop killer that this becomes necessary.
To: Dead Corpse
So "bothering" a 15 year old is now a capital crime. Soliciting a minor for sex would have cost the pervert some jail time at worst. It was his decision to fire on the officers.

Ideologues see the world colored by the glasses of their ideology, and hence they do not see Reality, and hence all their schemes are doomed to failure.
To: The Coopster
Every time some nutcase gets his ticket punched by law enforcement, you nutcases cry "Remember Waco and Ruby Ridge"! LE almost got away with Ruby Ridge. If they had managed to kill Randy Weaver the true story would never have come out. How many times has a "nutcase" gotten his "ticket punched" when the only ones left standing are the LE shooters who did it? Do you really believe that 100% of those cases are justified and happened just the way LE says they did?
I have no doubt that LE is sometimes justified, but I have seen enough cover-ups, and seen how hard it is to bring the truth to light, so that I know we only see the tip of the iceberg.
To: CWOJackson
OK. BUt wait, the SWAT team was already at Scott, I mean the slime balls, house. How does that work?
I say we just follow this scenarios example, accuse all of 'em for diddling 12 year olds, and unleash the hounds!
